Yeah I was checking out some of the CZ's as well. I have never owned one but did hear that they made great rifles.
I always forget about cheaperthandirt.com when looking for shooting supplies.
Oh and Pixelfixed, I wasn't asking for left handed sights. I was asking about left handed action. I.E. the bolt being on the left side not the right.

Thanked: 44I have the same problem. I am cross eye dominant. Right handed except for firearms, pool, my bows. I have a few bolt actions and they are all right handed. I have found it to be a plus. I can stay down on the stock and work the action with my right hand. I never have to come off the trigger. For .22s, I am a huge fan of the Ruger 10/22. I have around five of them and there is everything you could ever want for them. Here is just one peep that uses the factory rail.

As far as holding its own. I had one built by Clark Customs

It is a great weapon. I had them make me a barreled action and I got a Boyd left hand stock. When they say it is accurate, it is no joke. I love taking it to the range and listen to people laugh that I try to shoot a .22 at a hundred yards, till we take the walk and they see a 1 1/2 to 2 inch group. I wish I could shoot as well as the rifle can. I came in around $700.
So if you are not 100% sold on a bolt action try a 10/22. They have never let me down and you do not brass bouncing off your forehead.Amateurs built the ark. Professionals built the Titanic!
