See, the genius keeps flowing. One small idea has now grown to include the poker room. While I am currently surviving with a small humidor that only holds about 75. Someday I would like to play with the big kids so I keep dreaming.
This reminds me that I need to visit the cigar store tomorrow before the family invades like hungry locusts this week.

Outlaw cigar is a good place. One of my cousins worked there for several years and still gone in about twice a week. I am closer to the sports stadiums. I found a place in Blue Springs on 7 Hwy just off I-70 called The Cigar Merchant. Much smaller in actual size but I think they are just as nice. They have their lounge downstairs and it is usually less crowded.
I do like Outlaw when I am north of the river. I have never been to their south location yet. Just am seldomley in that area. I will have to check out the Lawrence location.
Another place is north of the airport in Weston. They have a couple of places that will hand roll with local grown leaf. It is cool to watch them pick and roll the leaf in front of you then you can sit back and enjoy a relaxing couple of hours.Life's wisdoms: Cigars: Never trust air you can't see; sharp objects are never sharp enough; find what you love in life and give it everything you can!!

It's comforting to know I'm not the only one out there with this debilitating affliction...
...I am home.

When you have outgrown all your desktop humidors give Bob Staebell a call down in Texas.
He can knock you out the humidor or custom walk in of your dreams.
This one here will hold 70 boxes or so and a hundred loose.

Grandfathered implies to me at least that they have outlawed tobacco farming in MO. Which seems a little weird to me?? So no - I haven't heard of that before. But I would die laughing if it is outlawed and they allow pot farmers in one day lol.
Heck - they still grow tobacco in Southern Ontario, and they are pretty uptight with their tobacco laws! Come to think of it, the famed Connecticut leaf is grown in N.E. USA.
Weird??
Thanks for the heads up.
I am estimating that my chest will hold at least 600 - I am estimating anyway. 300 on the bottom in the tabletops for aging, and another 300 in the trays above them. I'll shoot you all a photo here when I get back from vacation. It's settling right now, and I don't dare open it.
I tell you what though Bob, if I get a need for more, I think I might just open up a cigar shop of my own. I'll call your friend Bob to help design the shop... that said, a walk in of my own... drool.
