i don't shoot competition or anything but when I had my FFL bushmaster was always the best customer service company I ever dealt with in firearms and I had bad luck with a colt and have owned nothing but bushmaster since .. knock on wood never had an issue .. I like the M4 upper with the standard front sight and flat top receiver with a reflex infront of flip up sights incase my battery goes or damage to the reflex I can flip up and still go go go

Take a look into Bravo Company Manufacturing (BCM). Their quality control is top notch, and offer an excellent product for the money.

I have a Colt upper with a match grade barrel, and a Bushmaster lower. It shoots minute of angle, which is good enough for me (actually better than me most days).
Just call me Harold

Putting guns together from parts ....... Here is one from a previous generation ...... long but worth watching
Be careful how you treat people on your way up, you may meet them again on your way back down.

Thanked: 1936I like Rock River stuff, bought 10 lowers when Obummer was elected. The AR-15 is so simple, build your own just the way you want it. My go to AR-15 upper in .223 is a build of my own on a bushmaster upper (what I had around)...it sports a Lija medium barrel and shoots like a dream. Just put together a 7.62x39 upper a few days ago, never even shot it yet.
Build them like you want, use quality parts, save a buck or two, truly know your rifle.Southeastern Oklahoma/Northeastern Texas helper. Please don't hesitate to contact me.
Thank you and God Bless, Scott

Thanked: 45I have a couple factory guns; LWRC, Daniel Defense, La Rue, Adams Arms. All nice stuff, for the money.
But I'll never buy another, too easy to Lego!
A while back, I bought a couple stripped Spikes lowers and registered them. E-filed them, it took 4 months. I hear it's down to 45 days now. Built the 1st up with a spikes enhanced lpk. For the upper, I found some Anderson Mfg uppers w/FA & dust covers for $44 ea. couldn't pass on that. Put a Noveske 8.5"Blkout barrel, a Samson KM, Wilson bolt(hey it was on sale), BC Ambi, & YHM phantom. It's a fun gun with the subs.
This evening I lego'd the 2nd lower on with a RR NM lpk. My Seekens 15" rail arrive today & the Spikes 11.5 barrel is due to arrive tomorrow, the YHM phantom 556 last week. Ill use the last Anderson for this build. The majority of the can will be under the rail. I'm hoping it looks good.
Should have bought more uppers at that price when they were available.

Although i own a Rock River & have put her through hell & back, Bravo Co & Daniel Defense are damn good quality but if $$ isn't a option then go Noveske !
