My "Taboo" rose got gnarly this year. Normally it's my height. It's a good twenty years old and produces some of the blackest roses out there.

We had a little hail storm that lasted maybe 5 minutes. Hail was smaller than a pea but put white dings in everything and holes in the corn leaves.

Are we talking about the Mature Sweet Onions that you'd raised from the sets that I'd sent to you?

Gardening, eh? I just joined SRP this month and I'm happy to see you guys are into gardening too. And I though you guys were alright just because of your above average shaving preferences! Yep, I'm gardening again this year. I almost always have beans, tomatoes, eggplant, summer squash and usually cayenne or Thai chili. But this year I am trying to grow super hots for the first time. They take a long time to grow so I started them indoors back around Thanksgiving. They are big now and currently outside and starting to grow peppers. I'll put some pictures later. Carmel Bhut Jolokias, Infinity 7-Pots, and one regular Bhut Jolokia. I think each one of these strains was a world record holder at one point.... what have I done?

Welcome to the In the Garden 2016.

Personally I find some spice very nice/however I do find that there is a point of diminishing return. For the life of me I can't understand how some people are gluttons for punishment such as here/I'm sure that in small amounts the above mentioned pepper would add a nice spice and apparently a sweetness to a dish:
