Thanks, yeah the garden has been pretty successful so far this year. It's been pretty hot and humid lately. I'm in New Hampshire so probably about the 42.5 parallel I'm guessing. I suppose I should fill in the "about me" profile a little. Thanks!

Well my little strawberry patch went on a hiatus for awhile but seems to have decided to start producing again. I picked a cool whip container almost full and it looks like there will be about the same amount for tomorrow.

I hope they keep producing as I have a special guest arriving on about Tuesday and I'd like to serve him a bowl or two while he's here.

I think next year will cordon off a square of my garden and grow some strawberries, those look mighty fine!. Right now I have some heat resistant tomatoes growing, 6 canulope plants grows (2 hills of 3), 4 crocked necked squash growing, and some Oregano and Thyme growing in one garden, the other garden has Hot banana and sweet Banana, with a jalapeno peppers in it with a Brandywine tomato plant that is just budding out, so far this summer all it done is grow tall. My spring planting I grew cucumbers, straight necked squash, Rutgers and Celebrity tomatoes, I like the Heirloom tomato plants because to me they have a better flavor to them. Oh, yea I also have Green, Yellow and Red Bell Peppers growing.

Congratulations on the nice looking harvests! I will regroup and plant a large fall garden that will hopefully make up for my non harvesting summer one

I lived 5 miles north of the 45th. Drove right down the 45th when I was in Golden Valley ( a Minneapolis suburb).

Harvested some cherry tomatoes and hot peppers today.

The peppers will replace some in the red vinegar/pepper solution. This hot/sour mix is very good on greens and Brussel sprouts.
