I love the smell of a fresh tomato.

Just don't rub your eyes during or shortly after harvesting.

When I get tomatoes at the store, I only get the ones that are attached to the vine, in little clusters. I love to smell them. I wish there was an aftershave with vine ripe tomato scent.

Well I haven't been 'Frosted Out/Yet' but it's coming. The predicted low tonight is 35 degs.

Anyway my little strawberry patch is still putting out berries. I picked another bowl full today, I think it was three days ago when I picked last.

I probably have enough Roma Tomatoes to make a small batch of salsa tomorrow. I could supply the entire town of Walla Walla with Rosemary. Damn thing isn't a 'plant' anymore it's a frigging Huge Sage Brush! However I'm sure if it gets to a typical WW winter it will die and I'll have to start over next spring.

Our Meyer lemon tree runneth over. This tree has been a trooper, year after year, diseases come and go and the lemons keep on coming. I see lots of holiday lemon meringue pies happening this year.
