Holsters ...... Show 'em if you want to
An assortment of inside the waist band, hip, fanny pack, and a pocket holster. Milt Sparks, Mernickle, Don Hume Jordan holster/River belt, Kramer, among others.
Be careful how you treat people on your way up, you may meet them again on your way back down.

Thanked: 13245I have other holsters but these are my most used ones
The OWB Black DeSantis about 80% of the time since it fits all 4 S&W's and is more comfortable..
Idaho went to Permitless Concealed Carry back in July so printing and accidental show is simply not an issue any longer, not that it was a big deal anyway here, since we have Open Carry anyway too..
I really like the SOTB Beretta holster if I am going to be walking or standing a lot, it is VERY deceptive and very fast on the draw...

Thanked: 227No carry here. No general handgun ownership. So no holsters 😞

Three IWB holsters, Kramer holding a Kahr P-380 (also fits a Kahr P-9 or a Glock G-42), Mernickle, a G-43 9mm, and the best there is, a Milt Sparks Versa Max II for a G-27Last edited by JimmyHAD; 10-20-2016 at 10:29 PM.

As a holster maker, it would be too much of an overkill for me to post pics.
But, here are a couple.
These 3 are my personal holsters.
IWB (Inside the Waistband) with matching gun belt.
OWB (Outside th Waistband) Infused kydex print.
Carbon fiber race holster, I use to compete with.
These are a few customs for customers.

Thanked: 480I was just about to post a thread with holster questions when I spotted this one!
Right now, all I have is a standard cheapy Desantis for my little Glock. IWB style, worn on the back. When I sit down wearing it, its very uncomfortable.
OWB is not an option around here. Which of the rigs you more experienced fellas find to be the most comfy to wear for that configuration? I cant take this anymore!

If your carrying at 6 o'clock there is nothing that is comfortable,, if your carrying at 4 o'clock then I would suggest a "form fitted, leather holster; one with leather belt loops , rather than clips.
I carry a G19 in a Desantis 028 , is it comfortable, no , I've been carrying since age 22, yet to find a comfortable holster, but the this one is as close as I have come.

10-22-2016, 07:21 PM #9I've tried so many and eventually gave up years ago. I still prefer the old, stick em in the front between the pants approach. Au naturel. It's mostly uncomfortable when you need to sit though. The only holster I use and kept all these years is a Don Hume J.i.t Slide. I like the fact that it sits up high and close to your body. A good and sturdy gun belt is a must. Occasionally I'll also use the MIC holster. As a side note but my G19 is my daily trusted carry so it's the only one I actually need a holster for.
The mag pouch was made by our own Hirlau.
