So I had some Yukon Gold Potatoes from the store that had sprouted and instead of throwing them away I decided to cut them up and plant them. I fertilized and planted them out in front where they would get full sun.

Some of them didn't grow so I replanted and they are about a month behind. Here's what I got from the ones that did grow right away.

The big fella will make a few french fries! The little ones will cook up nice with a pot roast.
