    Fell in love with it when I lived in Korea. Make it regularly in the spring in fall...my garage fridge is dedicated to it. Makes my beer bottles smell a little funny, but not a big deal, lol!

    I had it a few times when in South Korea this past summer...... I can take it or leave it.

    +1...I did a lot of work with the ROK's (White Horse Division near Tuy Hoa). Fell in love with the stuff...been making it myself for 40+ years. In fact I'm giving jars of my home made Green Bean Kimchi as gifts this Christmas...for those that like it of course!
