Utilikilts are variations on the wee kilt.

This, in cilt form, on international days, especially against the English

The Utilikilts look good & very comfortable. Silver likes the thought of the leather one & so do I

Used to be illegal for women to wear the kilt. So they wore white skirts with a tartan apron.

The welsh garment (not as common as in Scotland or Ireland) is in fact spelled cilt.

    My apologies. I stand corrected.

But the fact still remains it made my eyes goggle.

I've got three. A utilikilt (bought at the store because I live about 20 miles from downtown seattle) a US Army Tartan kilt and a Black Stewart Sport kilt.

Plus, I've corrupted my 15-year-old with a utilikilt.

It's not corruption. Well what ever it is My two and a half year old loves wearing his kilt. He loves flicking his hips round as he walks to see the kilt swish. He's a little down since we wont let him wear it at the moment as he is potty training.
