It would either be a whole plate of, or at least a generous portion of sauteed fresh mushrooms like Trumpet, ****ake, Enoki, etc. Just sauteed in olive oil with some fresh coarse ground pepper and a pinch or two of sea salt.
I love those things; the flavor and the texture of those meatier mushrooms are just the best.
