That is great!!! I am a big fan of the man (played jazz trumpet myself for 15 years or so, until I lost touch with the music world as life got too busy).
How wonderful to bring your daughter to hear him, and how awsome of him to take the time with her.
Class act indeed.

that is fantastic, always good to hear when somebody of that caliber is a good person too. I was going to suggest some sort of clear coat so she could clean the trumpet still without removing the signature. young artists always need lots of encouragement to keep up all the hard work it takes to be great. good on you for providing her that opportunity.
