AFAIK those are counterfeit cigars made in the dominican republic...
you can buy them, and fool the "non experts"...
so if i were you i would stick to this...

I also tare tags off of pillows, turn right on red even when it is posted not to, speed, make U turns and park in the no parking zone. Lets see if I get arrested now. Heaven forbid my tax dollars get spent on something productive like catching those pesky terrorists or fixing the economy.
Rest assured, now that I have been enlightened, I will be destroying the contraband cigars by setting them on fire.
