    Okay but Saturday woulkd be better. I am smoking 35lbs of spare ribs and ten chickens for a high school grad bash on Sunday. I will write up my smoking procedure, in case anyone is interested.

    Too bad, Saturday's no good for me, another time for sure!

    Yeah, I thought thatt dough knife was a little bigger than usual, either that or your hands were awfully small.
    Honestly though, a doughknife has so many wonderful uses. It sounds like you just made that one a little more useful!
