Any type of pizza is better for breakfast than it is the evening that you ordered it.

Yep, definately! You cant beat cold pizza either...! I would also argue that lasagne, bolognase sauce and chilli are all better after a day in the fridge. The flavours blend and become richer somehow.
I also find that slow cooking things on a low heat helps as well. I cook bolognase sauce and chilli for well over an hour on a very low heat!
Secret ingredients for the SRP clan: Stick a level tablespoon of cocoa, two big tablespoons or marmite and a teaspoon of sugar into chilli or bolognase for the best sauces you ever had...! (Those amounts are for sauces made with 500g of mince, so adjust it for smaller/larger portions)

Thanked: 235lasagne is definitely better the next day. Pizza for breakfast is fantastic, hot or cold. But one thing I have a taste for is what my wife calls Thai spaghetti which is actually spiral pasta stir fried with, among other things, tomato sauce, oyster sauce and garlic and cheap sausages. If you pay too much for the sausages they don't taste right.

Thanked: 586Oh yeah. Most pasta sauces are better after the flavors have twenty four hours to marry. Salsa gets better each day in the fridge. Pizza cold is one of life's joys. A cold meatloaf or pot roast sandwich? Sheeet you can't beat that with a stick. If I find a leftover smoked chicken in the icebox it is legally mine. I called it.

Thanked: 1903Given that English food isn't meant for consumption by non-natives in the first place, this seems only reasonable. After initial contact with spotted dick, bangers and mash, and other not-well-enough-kept secrets of the indigenous cuisine, I lived on Asian food for months. Probably the only reason I'm still alive...
