I am ignorant on the adult air rifles some of you are showing. The Cricket mentioned, 850 fps with a .22 projectile is impressive, how accurate is it, when do you know when to stop pumping, and whats the price range? Seriously interested for small game.

You don't pump you get your divers cylinder filled from a dive center it last quite sometime and filling costs are very cheap, on the safety side your divers tank needs to passed for safety and the ticket lasts 5 years before you need another check, the Rifle comes with a display charge pressure gauge built into the rifle I'll leave you a video showing how they are filled, the costs of these high powered air rifles are about the same cost as any other high end rifle plus side ammo can be very cheap and they are extremely accurate with much less recoil.

Thats it, I don't want to be limited to a HP tank. I have a Gamo Shadow that is .177 cal. at 1000fps, but accuracy is so so. Not really any good at 25 yards. Wanting high power, accurate pump or spring action.

But a .357 that can drive a projectile up to 1,000 FPS? I am legitimately impressed. Crosman has outdone themselves there.

And I kinda want one. But I've also got no practical use for it lol.

Do we really have to have a "practical use" for a gun to own it?

No, but you need one to justify the purchase to your wife.
