Thanked: 3Lucca? I'm between Siena and Florence, in Colle di Val d'Elsa. This position, near Chianti, is perfect for oil and wine!
Have wou seen, any days ago, the small inondation near Lucca? Serchio river cause problems from time of Leonardo da Vinci, when he proposed safety works for this river.Last edited by bellerofonte; 12-29-2009 at 08:22 AM.

My family has used olive oil for everything since I was a kid, and now I use oilive oild for everything.
I am conviced that when you get to heaven, it smells just like garlic and onions sauteing in olive oil. Is there a better aroma? I think not! I use to wake to this smell every Sunday morning before church as my mom got the pasta sauce cooking for dinner. Now my kids wake to the same smell.
