Default Calling all Chefs, short order cooks and wannabes. HELP!!!

I posted this in the social group "In the kitchen" and have not received a response yet, and tomorrow is the day.
To add to this my wife requested lingonberries in the crepes if that help some of you with an idea of what will go well as a side.
I have taken up cooking breakfast for my family every Sunday morning. My wife requested crepes for next sunday. My question is twofold. 1) Does anyone have a good crepe recipe and 2) What is normally served as a side with crepes? Home fries? Bacon? anything?

I'll go look up my crepe recipe but they are simple. I throw neutella in them and make some whip cream with mine. A little thick cut bacon, and some scrambled eggs is all I have. If you're felling fancy toast some almond slivers in a pan for an added touch.

The almonds sound like a nice touch.

I think lingonberry crepes would really be paired nicely with a simple, light breakfast.... some good coffee and a nice fresh fruit salad or so. Maybe a little nice sausage... but a light palette to accentuate the light, fresh taste of lingonberries.

I was thinking fresh fruit and bacon myself based on Jimbo and Holahoos suggestions on chat last night

    Okay guy. thanks!

This is my idea thus far:
Crepes filed with lingonberry jam and sprinkled with powdered sugar

Crepes fille with mascarpone with a little honey mixed in sprinkled with toasted almonds and a little powdered sugar

Thick cut bacon from a local butcher

Slices of Windsleydale cheese with cranberries

    Fresh strawberries and kiwi fruit

    Hot tea and coffee.

I am still open to any suggestions

I was about to ask the same thing, it's been a while since I have had crepes and cheese and honey crepes sound tasty.
