Thanked: 172I started with the fresh Roast in fact still do a times but now have an old bread machine to stir beans while roasting with heat gun put through the top. Works fine, however you have to roast by ear and smell. Have to put a thermometer into into the bread pan and then can use temp.
I also like sweet maria's because of the cupping info from Tom.Consider where you will spend ETERNITY !!!!!!

i tend to pick from whatever they have instore
Which tends to be plenty and roasted instore to. One day i will have my own roaster but untill that day they do provide great coffee

I've become fond of a small independent roaster in the U.S. NW. I get my decaf from Kona Coffee - Super Beans Coffee - Hawaiian and Flavored Coffee
Yes, decaf. I buy where I do because it tastes like coffee instead of the usual decaf, which tastes like melted brown crayon in hot water. Blecccchhhhh!
