Thread: Phone calls from SRP friends !!!

+1! Just talked to Glen yesterday for the first time and it was a real pleasure!

On our Czech throat razors forum we arrange SKYPE telephone conferences of several users at one time.

Thats it.... Im pranking all you guys

This isn't really a phone call, but...

Since the last NYC meet I've had the pleasure of keeping in pretty close touch with two other SRP members - Dylan (holli4pirating) and Rob (rmaldon240) - which has been pretty cool. I get to BS with these guys every so often and it makes my kooky hobby more fun. Plus, I pester Dylan with questions a lot so it's almost like having a private tutor.

On top of that, Rob's generously welcomed me to his workshop on a bunch of occasions and let me use his gear. Working on razors and shooting the sh-- is definitely one of the "finer things," and I get to walk away with some cool rescaled razors at the end. Though, I wouldn't be surprised if he considered my coming over one of the "annoying things in life."

Anyway, just thought I'd chime in with the good experience I've had after meeting some other members on SRP. For the most part, everyone I've had the pleasure of meeting, working with or talking to on here has been a real class act. It's pretty cool that some people are so willing to go out of their way to give you some advice or whatever it may be. Hell, SRP is one of the "finer things" when you boil it down.
