I love Cheese
I love cheese of all kinds. Hard, soft, aged, homemade, you name it.
Of all the cheeses, this is my favorite.
Humboldt Fog, it has won numerous awards, even on the international stage, and is made a few miles from my home.
I have a old fashion bakery a block away, and for me heaven is walking over and picking up a loaf of multigrain bread, (still warm from the oven) and smearing some Sun softened Humboldt Fog over the soft supple bread and slowly savoring the flavors.
If you are a cheese head like me, then share the love and post how you love to eat your cheese!

Never heard of Cowgirl. That is farily local to me as well! (Well, as local as things get in this day and age )
I'm going to see if I can find some. If not I'm often down in the bay area, I'm sure I can find some there.

I used to live in Angers, France, heart of the loire valley of culinary arts. The cheese was amazing! Not to mention the wine, but I'd always fall for the Roquefort...yum

I have a friend who lives in Nazareth, Pennsylvania and she has always wanted to open a cheese shop. Just so she could call it, you guessed it...
Cheeses Of Nazareth.

Wow, that awesome.
Reminds me of Wong's laundry mat in China Town, whos motto is "If it ain't Wong's, it ain't white!"

I love all real cheeses equally. I really don't have a favorite, but if I had to pick it would be from holland, mexico or norway. I know they're a little different.
