Brickhouse Short Torp on the ride into work this morning.
For a relatively inexpensive stick, with a fresh cup o' java from the French Press it delivers!
Bold and full flavoured, but not overly aggressive like a punch in the mouth; a nice and smooth Puro.

...and no, that isn't a single malt.
It's:
Buffalo Trace Bourbon - Home
Which happens to be my bourbon of choice.

Thanked: 36I was about to smoke this Tatuaja Petit Cazadores Reserva earlier today, but realized I didn't have time. I thought I'd share a pic of the foot though, I thought this looked odd. Looks like the wrapper is longer than the filler and they haven't trimmed it off.
It doesn't look right to me. Anyone got any thoughts about it? Like I said, I didn't have time to smoke it so if anyone has any advice about lighting it I'd appreciate it. Like should I just go ahead or do I need to cut off the weird bit at the end?

My Mon o' War Coronas are all like that! I love it. I can light the cigar with one match and it gives me a blast oh the wrapper leaf... Yum!!
It's a good thing!! A very good thing me thinks. But you can easily cut it off if you like.
I had an early start with a bit of a drive so I pulled out an other baby cigar for the ride. This one:
I am NOT a glorified cigarette dang you!!
It really wasn't the glorified cigarette I thought it would be. It's been in my humi for at min 6 months, maybe longer - not sure, but man did it taste good with my coffee!! It was really bold with a little bit of spice to go with it. More importantly, the oily residue it left on my lips was just sublime!!
I am shocked I liked it so much! My Pipin Blue is my mainstay tiny cigar... but these are like 1/2 the price and about 2/3s as good. Hmmmm
Cigars - making driving a pleasure since... well, before the car was invented lol!!David

Thanked: 36Thanks guys, I'm looking forward to that cigar now. I think Friday might be the day for it, I'm pretty busy til then. It has tiny crystals on it, which I've read is "bloom" and is a good thing.
