Not really new... It a group of "us" guys that have been running together for a period of time that have been chastised by another "pipe" forum due to "Their snobbishness and other issues".

We as a group say what we feel and don't hold anything against others for what style/price pipe or tobacco blends.

I feel at home when I smoke my $5.00 cob, Drug Store Blend and drinking a beer, while they maybe smoking a $500.00 Dunhill, expensive tobacco and 100 year old Scotch... Of course vise versa...

Kind of like this group here...

Good job on the box it looks very nice:-)

Nosewarmer--I hear ya about the snobby stuff. It makes no difference whether it's pipes, razors, hones, guns well heck I could go on but you get the idea. I hate that garbage. Some folks can't afford high end pipes or whatever and others just don't enjoy them any more than less expensive items.
When I write gun reviews for a gun publication I may write about $300 guns or $2000 guns. I may buy the $300 after the test if I like it but never the $2000 because I couldn't afford it in a million years! That and I would never use it because I would be afraid to scratch it or something. Bottom line to each his own.
What forum was that I may have left the same one???
Hey Missouri Meerschaum is only an hour drive away from me. The plant tour is neat and surrounded by corn fields. Of course the corn is the hybrid type they make pipes from:-)

    You're absolutly right gunner.
Most of the people don't like service and maintenance.
My best razors are the old one, I got it for less or only some Euros.

But I only use new pipes. I bought good ones and if they get service and maintenance I can use it the rest of my life.

The same thing with the weapons. I bought good ones because I often use them for competitions. And also the weapons need service.
