This product has a lot of animal fat and you can eat the really Stollen until spring...

Store the Stollen cool (below 15ºC / 59ºF but do not get it to the freezer!

Change it from freezer to a place below 59F and wait some days. You don't need a fridge. And don't forget the headbutt / running forearm...
Before you eat the Stollen...Coat with melted butter, sprinkle with powder sugar.
Okay...done...it's in the fridge now instead of the freezer...........I may just have to eat it now.:D I never thought this would be so hard. lol
