Ah, Grayling. That explains everything. Straight razors, duck mugs, possum paintings in the living room, deer heads in the bathroom. Isn't Grayling where people go if they decide Mesick is just too darn small?

Thanked: 1160Born in Grayling , raised in T.C.(Long Lake and Silver Lake proper) but my heart will always want for whispering pines and birch forests. I have memories as a little kid of getting frosty root beer and charms lollipops from the candy counter at the Big Wheel gas station (now an Elks club from what I'm told). and I remember my Dad taking me down to the American legion Hall where I would marvel at the tank and Jet in the front of the building on display and the waterfalls nearby. Yes I like kitchy things and the simple country life of which I have been away from for many years now.

Went with the Grabow straight and Ceste la Vie. I'm really starting to like the Ceste, but I still have to relight about a million times. Oh well, Ceste la Vie huh?

I think this photography isn't off-topic.
Each day we "work" with Straightrazors, knifes and other "Heavy Metal".
Today I found this picture in my archive...never used before as B/W.
