On a positive note... the repair bill won't be as bad as I was told

    Default Pipe Smokers Accessory

Don't know if I mentioned it in the past, but I found this handy dandy little knife for pipe smoking along with doing daily cutting...

A Doctors Knife... The can be had from $20.00-$100.00 depending on the manufacturer...

This one is a Schrade and I also have a Marbles...

Case and Queen also make one but they are in the higher end price range...

It has a slender blade, nice for cutting plug, a spatula for cleaning the bowl and the end is flat, good for tamping... Just one way to keep the pockets cleared of excess clutter...

    Tomi,

Looks more like winter here than there... I guess there is another "Polar Vortex" coming our way on Tuesday... Temperatures close to -30F (-34C) for a few days...

    Sad to hear,

    -34C feels lowsy.

We had decent winter during xmas times with about 30 cm of snow. Then came a sudden baltic storm of few days, wiping all the snow away, making the sea level rise enough to cut us from the mainland for few days.

But now it's all gone. Have snow about 10 cm with temps about 14 F and the northern wind being 20m/sec, stormy. Usually 'real winter' with lots of snow comes here down south at the mid January. Sometimes earlier, sometimes not at all.

Hope you get it warmer soon, -34 sucks.

Where i live at coastline of the Baltic Sea it's almost always windy and sometimes stormy as well. Going out with the doggies is like feeling the wind blow the teeth away from my mouth right now. If you are lightweight, you have to carry stones in your pocket not to get blown away
