Not at all. This old dog can't learn these new tricks. At the tattoo shop the piercer, 28 years old, can sit at the computer for 8 or 10 hours and play games non stop. Twenty years ago I was addicted to Ms Pac-man and threw away more quarters than I could count on that game but it was the only one I ever got into. As a kid it was pinball machines. I still have fond memories of one called 'Sweet Hearts' that I was a pinball wizard on.
Yesterday on NPR there was a segment describing the $ to be made by the mfg's of online gaming. There are people paying thousands of dollars for virtual swords and such things for gaming.Serious stuff.
Be careful how you treat people on your way up, you may meet them again on your way back down.

We have Wii and Xbox in the house but my son and wife play with them. I haven't seen the light with these, at least not yet.
I play rarely with my laptop (Mac), mostly when i get bored or when there's really no other things to do (=usually at wintertime, or when i have to stay longer periods at work). I have only Chess and Europa Universalis which i've found most interesting.
There are not too much games for Mac. I've been trying to search for PacMan or original Doom with no success.'That is what i do. I drink and i know things'

I suck at video games.
The only thing I am half decent at, is EA TW10. I play golf a lot, so I guess that helps. And it is a bit slower than the FPS games out there. The youngsters always kill me before I can even make my bearings...Bjoernar
Um, all of them, any of them that have been in front of me over all these years....

PC gamer mostly after they made the xbox controllers to damn small for my hands. Yes I was that guy who like the big luggy original one. As for games I always go through steam, yes its a fancy DRM but I can handle that. My current rotation has been Alien Swarm, Bad Company 2, MW2, Killing Floor, L4D1/2, TF2, and I just beat Metro 2033 for the 2nd time on hard. My tag is Volaric or [email protected] which ever works and I'm usually on but not there. Feel free to add me and introduce yourself I like knowing who I'm playing with.

Thanked: 43I game on PC and PS3, with some Wii thrown in, but that's more for my wife, really.
The last two games I had going on PS3 were God of War III (I enjoy greek myth), and Assassin's Creed II (I enjoy assassin/sniper games as well).
Computer is mostly for real time strategy, adventure, and roleplaying games, such as Empire Total War, Mount and Blade:Warband, and Fallout style games. I find I actually spend a lot of time playing older games these days; someone did a remake of the "Secret of Monkey Island" collection, and I enjoyed the hell out of it. Great old twisted humour games...
However, I don't really play much of anything online, either on PC or PS3. I'm just not a very competitive kinda guy, I guess; most of what I do is for personal challenge (weightlifting, straight razor shaving...)
