    Mahler's fifth was the first CD I ever bought, back in 1995. I was 11... Claudio Abbado directing the Berliner Philarmoniker. I know it by heart. Once I took the score from the faculty's library and studied it as if I was going to direct it... I love that piece.

    Been listening to the good old stuff lately. While i do like alot of the newer directions of rock, it's hard to listen to many of them live as they can't seem to get the sound right. AC/DC and many old school rock bands just made great music that still sounded great live
