"I, Dementia" by Whitechapel.
I would hazard to say very few here would find this up their alley.
A chilled out soundtrack for a working-at-home Friday. Have a great weekend everyone!

Right now I am listening to the Los Angeles Dodgers & San Diego Padres Baseball Game.
I 'WAS' listening to Rockabilly Radio but when they played Pink Cadillac by none other than the Killer himself, I had to put on this collection of duets;

The Outlaws "Green Grass and High Tides" recorded live in front of a small audience at the Record Plant in LA in 1976 around the time that they were releasing their second record. .This was part of a series of show called "Live From The Record Plant. The recording made the rounds of the Central Florida rock radio stations a number of years back and I found it on Youtube. It clocks in at about 14.45, so it is about 4 or 5 minutes shorter than the marathon versions of the song they did in like 77-80, but still face metal guitar playing. Still my favorite version.
To show how much I check out the world around me, I just heard that Ben E. King passed away a few days ago.
I've always like his music so here's a live version of Stand By Me recorded about 26 years after it was first a hit.
I hope all will enjoy;

Heard this one on the way to work this morning. One of the most beautiful songs about a bar that I've heard for a long time. :)

This is what I am listening recently. I discover this Australian guy on mayspace some years ago.
His CD is amazing and deserves much more attention.

I went to a George Thorogood concert once & was up front taking some really good pics with my camera & some guy later asked me if I would email all my pics to him & he gave me his card but offered nothing & I said yeah but I never did it because they came out so good & I wasn't going to let someone else profit from some pics at my expense!
It was really sad to hear about the death of BB King the other day! He was 89............

I love the Blues by many artists but I really must say that probably at the top of the list is Stevie Ray Vaughan. I have every cd including bootlegs of him. Here is one, I have this video but this is from YouTube, "Live At The el Mocambo". I love all of his music & on this particular dvd, I think my most favorite is "Third Stone From The Sun". Turn your speakers up if you have some nice ones for your pc & sit back & watch this. ( I have some Altec Lansing several years old but they include a subwoofer & they will rock!)
He was so incredible & it tore me up when I heard of his death. I was laid up in the hospital from a motorcycle accident when I heard about it. God only knows how far his talent had gone if he were still with us today! I'm also a big fan of Jimi Hendrix & I have a lot of his cd's but I should have some dvd's as well. I love "Red House" done by Jimi. Here ya go, here's SRV, Live at The el Mocambo:
