I am listening to Galician bagpipes and playing hurdy gurdy. Muniero de Ruada, Danza das Patelas, Mazurca de Bretonia, and O Molete.

Does it count if you are playing as well or do I have to be shaving too.

Your post inspired me to pull out some SRV of my own. This guy was just a beast of a guitar player.

Some great stuff here too (on a 12 string what's more) and a great accoustic version of Pride and Joy

And another guitar beast, Jeff Healey (yeah, the blind guy that was in the movie Road House)

You are absolutely right GI. One of few guitarists who never ever looked like he had to think of what note next to play. It just flowed out of him effortlessly.
He is truly missed by the world.
And Jeff Healey another tragic loss.

I'm mostly into Finnish old school or traditional music but i'm not even gonna think to post any of those links here. Might be great music but you have to be Finn, Estonian or Scandinavian to understand it.
However, every now and then there are few inspiring new bands on the air. here's a new song from the British/Finnish band that plays sort of psychedelic folk. Great music, specially after few beers.

    Popping beers now!

You gotta love a guy that plays a concert in Indiana, barefoot on stage and looking like he just came from the tiki bar! Patron saint of Florida indeed!

SRV has already got some love on this thread already, but since it was 22 years today that we lost him, I thought I'd post just one more. This is also my thank-you to the great man for actually writing and recording this. Without it, I would probably never be able to say truthfully that I can actually play one of his songs on guitar.

It was in original condition, faded red, well-worn, but nice.
This was and still is my favorite combination; beautiful, original, and worn.
