Bet you are not hearing much on that 706. I've been scanning the bands for a few hours with my 706MKG2 and Yaesu FT1000MP and worked only three DX stations. Conditions suck! And if you consider I'm using a 3 element SteppIR, I normally hear lots. We will have to work some day!Quote:
