yes the bird was driving down the road and jumped out and stoped for a bite to eat. crazy birds around these parts. let me start over.
I was driving down the road, oh forget it most knew what i was taking about. lol

Yeah it's not a peregrine but as I have never seen the other suggestions in person I cannot add my .02 cents but they sound like reasonable observations. Either way beautiful bird too bad the drivers behind you were impaitent and didn't let you get a longer video.
