Well - the state wants to save us from ourselves and save the world from us.
So no smoking in ANY public or private business or club that sells food or alcohol or does not have at least 10% of gross receipts generated by tobacco sales. So only smoke shops can still have smoking in them.
However, this does NOT include Casino's. Hmmm I wonder why? Don't those people deserve to be saved from all of us cigar an pipe smokers as well? Or could it be the State depends too much on the taxes taken in by the Casinos and doesn't want to drive away business there?
The ban also does not include Cigar Bars that were in existence before the ban took place. They stopped issuing permits quite a while before it took place as well. Additionally, the only thing you can smoke in a Cigar Bar is cigars. It has to cost more than I think $1.00 per stick and has to be wrapped in natural tobacco. Pipes are not allowed.
