Regular production I age for at least five years (depending the vitola, some longer), custom rolls I like smoking right off the table as with the Regional and Limited Releases.

A Coleman cooler and some Heartfelt Beads will do the trick inexpensively and as stated, go with more room than you think you'll need.

    I have around 1300

Fresh rolled are interesting. The tobacco is aged for several years prior to rolling. Then they are rolled, set in molds for a bit to set the shape, then often aged for another 6 months at the rollers warehouse then shipped out for a 'normal' cigar. Fresh rolled dont get the extra warehouse ageing and can have a little more edge and the pungent earthy flavors are often stronger.

Perdomo has some fresh rolled wheels (50 count) that are good. They are rolled from aged tobacco then shipped in 50 bundles. You can have them off the truck or put them away for a year to mellow and develop.

I have had a cigar or two that I preferred younger. An already mild cigar may turn into 'tastes like air' after a few years or even months. I dont get many mild cigars, medium to full guy.

Interesting to know that a boxed cigar is aged that much already.
