Thanked: 1160First off..excellent read,next Try rubbing chicken with baking soda before frying.You get the same crispy effect.And last,although I have not tried it,I bet rubbing bacon with baking soda would work.The bacon in theory would get crispy chewy and you would have a lot less splatter...in theory.
