ever want to eat a nice hunk of fat?
just thought i'd share a video of me eating a huge chunk of fat while having dinner at logan's roadhouse.. enjoy.

I'm from the Mid West... I like steak and bacon... But it's gotta be "crispy" fat...
Life is really simple, but we insist on making it complicated...

i'm from los angeles.. fat is rarely seen.. half the time you have to special order pork bacon.. if you don't specify.. you end up with turkey bacon.. the stuff seriously tastes like dog treats..
anyway.. this was the most fat i had seen in years.. i just had to eat it..

oh goodness that looks good.. i'd love to coat that in brown sugar and pop it in the oven..
i'm visiting northern california right now.. my friend was sure to take me to logan's roadhouse.. i had the 12oz prime rib with a baked sweet potato.. i was in heaven..
and the best part.. 32oz long island iced teas!

It's good to eat meat with plenty of fat on it. Not only that, but removing the fat from meat removes much of the taste.
Unfortunately, there seems to be a movement which extols the virtues of processed foods, which are erroneously promoted as healthy, whilst preaching the avoidance of fat.
Ironically, it's usually too much highly processed food that the human body converts into fat.
