Nothing too weird here.. Just the basic American fair of Gator, Snake, and other southern specialties thanks to my Uncle who lived in LA.. I have also had hand made head cheese from a Polish friend made with fresh pig brains.

I recently saw Menudo in a can so may try that though I would prefer it freshly made. I go by the philosophy of I will try anything once and sometimes twice just to make sure if it was offensive the first time it wasn't how it was prepared.
