    Default Pepper mills

I love fresh ground black pepper but cannot seem to find a mill that is easy to handle, functions and grinds smoothly and will LAST. Has anybody any body suggestions, preferably from experience. Thank you much!

I had the same dilemma recently, so I asked on some cooking forums and received multiple recommendations for this one, it also has a ton of reviews on Amazon.

Amazon.com: Unicorn Magnum Plus Pepper Mill 9-in.: Kitchen & Dining

Got it and I must say it works great.
It take a lot of pepper grinds easy and plenty.
Some reviewers say it is easy to open when grinding, but I have never had a problem.

Seriously, buy a Peugeot. No, not the car. They were making pepper mills long before autos. Buy the best and you'll only cry once.

I would second the Peugeot. I also tend to buy relatively small quantities of pepper at the bulk section and don't fill up the mill so that it's fresher (to me there is a difference). My store has a good turnover though.

You should check them out in a good kitchen store, see how they feel.

I fifth or sixth the Peugeot. Well made, easy to adjust grind and use.
