The Brooks Brother's no-iron micro houndstooth button-down collar shirt in light green. They still make it in blue, but that green shirt made my (now wife) jump on my bones every time!
Glad to say it isn't the only one she likes on me, but I did love that shirt.

Thanked: 267I bought the Beatles "The Beatles Yesterday and Today" album with the "butchers" edition cover. The one where all the plastic baby parts were on their laps and shoulders. I had a nice reel to reel tape deck so it was only played once and then put away. Enters one of my first girlfriends when I was on high school..."Oh, sure you can borrow it....you say you have a good record player......well, OK! get it back to me....." Never seen again and I saw one was sold last year for $15,000.

Penzance, by Esoterica.
Lancia cars. Many may only remember the rusty Betas, but if you look at nearly any classic rally footage, you'll find a Lancia. And air cooled Porsches.
Old Metallica.
Vintage straight razors and hones.
More to come. Maybe...

Thanked: 102Good news and bad news.
Good news - Alfa Romeo is coming back to the states next year. Bad news the King Edward Invincible cigar is no longer available. It was a great cigar. You can still get the King Edward Imperial - why anyone would want to, I don't know.

1. Zodiac SeaWolf and Super SeaWolf watches. These watches were great and sold in the PX at most military facilities during the sixty's. Wish I had bought one.
I did purchase a SeaWolf at the Ft. Bragg PX in November 1968. After a year in VN it still ran well, but looked like crap!
BSA Victor Motorcycles.
Sunbeam Tiger automobiles.

Real trucks like what they produced from the 50-80s those trucks were simple to work on and they could take a beaten, i have a 84 f250 that hit a deer by its pervious owner nad all it has is a small dent in it from that, now try that with one of those computer on wheels they sell now. You have to be a nasa scientist to work under the hood on todays cars.
