    MRE heater in a water bottle makes a nice little explosion too. I used to do that one for my kids out in the back yard.

    We always had fun with toilet bowl cleaner + foil inserted in a screw top plastic bottle. Being that I learned them in south western PA we always called them "Amish Bombs"(strong language) (this video is the same type of thing, albeit with some rather unbecoming language)
