    The Breitling of course is a stock V7750. The other is based on a Unitas but is very heavily modified and hand decorated by the maker.

    7750,my watchmaker will not repair them,he can buy a brand new 7750 movement for $250 and just swap it out.
    You ever look at a7750? lots of plastic parts.

    My precision timepiece, I have only change the battery once in 7 years,,,

    Nothing wrong with plastic parts in the right places because they are self lubricating. As long as the don't move much. Omega uses plastic in the speedmaster manual wind but in the display back they use metal to keep it a secret. The plastic part is really an improvement over the metal.

    Most watch movements don't cost much I mean afterall what are they but mass produced stamped out parts.
