    Default Any Fountain Pen Users?

Just got a new Waterman Hemisphere today for Christmas. I have another Waterman that was given to me by my grandfather, although I'm not sure of the model.

I believe Obie is the fountain pen guru in these parts. I asked for a fountain pen for Christmas, as well, but got a couple tubs of Cella. Which isn't a bad gift at all.

Not bad at all What kind of pen did you ask for? I know they're not going to be as good, but my dad gets 12 packs from staples or something for about $15

Though my fountain pen is a cheap noodlers, I have no complaints. I use it everyday and it's never out of my pocket.

No that pistol isn't the only thing under my kilt, but I can tell you both of them work just fine

Before I got the one from my grandfather I used a $10 calligraphy pen from Micheal's. It's not the price tag at all, my friend. It's how you use it

Default Fountain Pens, its a good thing i love you

Cause when you do things like this to me, it makes it a tough relationship,

a cheap chinese converter means two blue fingers, a blue kneecap,.. blue trail down a calf muscle, and a spot on my foot... and the cat, oh the poor cat has a bit of a blue mohawk im afraid

PSA to all FP users, use quality converters, and flush out your old inks
ugh.... on the plus side, Pelikan edelstien Topaz ink washes off skin fairly easy, not so much cat fur,.. with the claws and the biting... its tough

So i found a shaeffer beginner calligraphy set today, has a tonne of stuff inside it three pens, three removable cursive nibs sizes, and a tonne of ink carts

tried my hand at some gothic scripts after a few tries i didnt do so bad, i Use a Broad cursive nib which i think would be close to a 1.9 or 2.0 its huge and hard to handle the amount of flow but for a few first tries not all that bad (btw Gemma is a friends new rescued puppy, i just wanted to try a G and it was only thing i could think of)
