I have a Swan Mabie Todd I think it is, 40's I think, leverless. I get a lot of leakage and it's getting annoying. It's a really wet nib, and nicely flexible but still nice for everyday stuff. The feed and nib simply pull out of the pen. They do seem to fit back in reasonably tightly, but I'm wondering if it's tight enough and if it needs some sort of method to seal the feed a bit.

Any suggestions to stop the leaking (I think some ink is migrating up the feed (nib creep) but I don't think this fully explains the leakage).
This is a little late but is your section out of round?

If nothing else,OD, you at least look like a man of class and fine taste with a Den set-up like that . I love the classic items you have on and around the desk, as well as the desk itself.

That's a cool desk!! I could play with that for hours!

I've heard of Black Swan in English Roses, it's supposed to be really nice in a broad nib to allow for the colouration.

I've given up on my Parker Sonnet that seems to be leaking like a sieve and swapped to my Swan that was leaking like a sieve before I swapped to the Parker that was leaking like a sieve. I normally use my dip pen when writing at my desk...

I may have to request that I send you a post card, just so I can expect a reply written in the Black Swan in English Roses
