Last in the local theater, "The Decendants".

Not in theater viewings but the wife and I really enjoyed the Swiss release of the "The Girl With The Dragon Tatoo" trilogy complete with subtitles. Amazingly acted by all and most disturbing to watch but certainly worth it.
Out of summer boredom with TV we will once again watch the entire "Firefly" series. We are absolutely taken with the cowboy/outer space adventure. : )

Have you seen "Serenity"? Its the movie wrap-up to the series, and very good IMHO.

Yes we have seen Serenity. It does clean up some loose ends. The producer/directors really got the characters cast well.
Wife and I were both happy when we saw Nathan Fillion cast in "Castle" as well as Morena Baccarin in "V". We have also
seen Summer Glau in a couple of things since "Firefly". Her formal ballerina training served her well in "Firefly". : )

I saw Snow White with the wife last weekend. I enjoyed it, so did she. I really enjoy movies. I probably own over 400. Moving them all to the cloud now. Avengers was good as well. The last movie that really made an impression on me was "The Kings Speech." Wife dragged me to see it, I'm glad she did.

Glad u enjoyed the movie Jeff, however for me I have only walked out on 2 movies in my life, and Snow white was one of them, I just couldn't take it, the kings speech though is a great movie .

Sorry you had to leave. I did'nt think it was great, but I enjoyed it enough to say so. I thought Avengers was mediocre. My favorite movies off all time is "The Hollywood Nights."

The movie really made me wish there had been more than one season.

Jewel Staite was really good in Stargate:Atlantis as well. And I agree that Firefly was one of the greatest shows ever and should have run for years.

I found Tower Heist to be a pretty decent movie

Yes, it was better than I expected it to be.
