Just bought a S&W model 27-2 today!
Barely a turn ring, forcing cone is crisp and clean, bluing is still intact on the breechface
Shoots very nicely, too!

Love my VBOB! CZ bought out Dan Wesson several years ago. They are still made in the US by Dan Wesson; CZ is sort of the parent company.

I've put up others...here are four more, Ruger SR9c, S&W 686 power ported, Sig P226 Mk25 (Navy) and Ruger 2245. Different tools for different projects

Anyone know of a good Appendix IWB holster maker that doesn't charge an arm and a leg. I've been looking at philster but I hate the almost two month wait times. I'm looking for my Sig P229 and the LCR.

Isn't the sig a bit big for appendix carry? I use http://www.crossbreedholsters.com/IW...8/Default.aspx personally, Lynn turned me to them. I love the supertuck in horsehide!

Its not terrible, the worst part is the Bianchi I'm using now adds over an inch on all sides. I usually switch between the Walther PPS and the Ruger SR1911 CMD both appendix. Originally Posted by shooter74743

I carry my 1911 IWB. Over my right hip. Don't think I'd want to carry it appendix style as I spend too much time behind a steering wheel. Originally Posted by GrimClippers
