Couple of news...
Marking pinhole
I try to drill pinhole with 1,6 mm HSS-Co drill but no way. K510 is so hard that drill didn' even touch them, and he is not hardened jet.
So I have to drill bigger hole. 4 mm.
I wasn't happy with that so I made iron drum on turning machine and forge weld him into straight.
After forge weld straight looked desperately
After some time... better.
Now pinhole was drilled without a hitch
Now I have to clean all by hands, and then harden her.

Hi to all,
Here some news about this beauty.
My HT setup:
Inside forge
After hardening:
Tempering - 1h on 250 °C
Some nice colors after tempering:
I have one small crack close barbers notch so I will have to shorten them for about 2 mm.
Now I have to grind them to "zero" and some sanding after that.
If you like you can watch hardening on my youtube channel...
