Hi to all,
Here some news about this beauty.
My HT setup:
Inside forge
After hardening:
Tempering - 1h on 250 °C
Some nice colors after tempering:
I have one small crack close barbers notch so I will have to shorten them for about 2 mm.
Now I have to grind them to "zero" and some sanding after that.

I will note that edge is 0,05 mm at the edge, and around 0,1 mm at 3 mm height.
I learned that my HT is pretty good, and find grain structure very small.
It's good to know that time spended on this razor is not totaly wasted.
