Razors are hardened and tempered to 59 HRC, grinded to zero.



After that hand sanding... P400, 600, 1000, 1500, 2500

Grinding to zero isn't actually a good idea, but you will see that for yourself. Or did you set the bevel before hand sanding the whole razor?

I didnt grind to zero realy. I leave around 0,05...0,1 mm on edge. bevel is not set jet. Thanks for waching and comments guys!
