Bruno you asked me about eching.
Here is my stamp
Here is how I connect wires to etch...
Here you can see voltage and current I use for etch...
After 20 seconds...
Green dm mask in circle I bought. Mask for numbering I printed on TZ stencil tape witch I use on my Brother P-touch printer.

Looking great Davo them large pins looks like it would be a real joy to peen,
What did you use for the patina? Gun glue of some thing different?
As I see you re did the patina after the spine work also

For patina I use Avesta Greenone Pickling paste 120.
Razor was patinated 2-3 times.
