Thanked: 3795To cull means to separate and eliminate from a group. I assume to cull a razor is to eliminate it from a collection or set of of razors.
Can you provide any context to your question?

Thanked: 13245In general in also has a negative connotation,
ie: to destroy, throw away, kill
Doesn't have to, but I have normally heard the word used mostly with animals, and production...
"To cull the weak from the herd"
So for razors it would be to get rid of the lower quality shavers as you see them..
Ron's definition is probably more accurate though

Cull is a verb but I learned while living in Mississippi, that it is also a noun.
The thing to be culled is also called a cull.

To cull basically means to select, to choose.
If however you have too many razors: I am a professional culler extraordinairePlus ça change, plus c'est la même chose. Jean-Baptiste Alphonse Karr.
